What To Expect During Your Visit
What to Expect During a Facial?
The esthetician will instruct you to remove clothing to your comfortability and slip under the sheet and/or blanket once they’ve left the room.
Need to be honest and open. You will need to let the esthetician know of any skin conditions or areas you are concerned with (example: pain, scars, acne, etc.) Please remember they will not judge you, this is to better understand your skin and the appropriate approach. The esthetician will cleanse, exfoliate, massage the neck, face and shoulders and apply a mask best suited for your skin type.
Know that your skin is most likely dehydrated. The esthetician will need to get close to properly examine your skin and will be using a magnifying lamp. Most people will be dehydrated, and not because of lack of water consumption. Due to this the esthetician will use a variety of serums, moisturizers, steamy towels and masks.
Extractions. This depends on the length of the facial, skin type, and client preference. During extractions the esthetician removes whiteheads and blockheads from the skin using either their fingers or a tool. Extractions do hurt however the esthetician will check to see how you are doing with the pressure.
If you shave it is best to do so the night before as to avoid any irritation.
If there is ever anything you don’t like; pressure being used or aroma for example, please speak up.

What to expect when getting Eyelash Extensions?
Eyelash extensions are not the same as temporary lashes. Semi-permanent lashes are applied by a technician who hand-glues the extensions on to of your natural lashes.
Eyelash techniques are constantly evolving. The most widely used technique involves applying a single lash extension over your natural lash.
Extensions aren’t a one-size-fits-all situation. The technician will apply lashes that are best suited for your natural eyelashes. Wearing lashes that are too long and/or too thick for your lashes can cause damage in the long run.
Extensions make everyday eye makeup pretty much unnecessary. While mascara will no longer be needed the extensions give the illusion of earing eyeliner too.
Daily maintenance isn’t entirely effortless. Lashes can get tousled when you sleep or get them wet. You will need to gently brush your lashes with a clean, disposable mascara wand upon waking up, after showering, and before going to bed.
Eyelash extensions are safe. The glue will not get into your eyes as they are closed during application. If you feel any discomfort during the application of the eyelash extensions you should tell the esthetician as you may be sensitive to the glue being used. The esthetician can switch to another product.
Your lower lashes will have a pad to keep them out of the way. Proper placement is important. If it is irritating your eye let the esthetician know so they can adjust the pad.
Eyelash Extensions are applied lash by lash, for this reason they can take time to apply, typically an initial full set can be applied in 90 minutes up to 2 hours. Fills usually take 30-45 minutes depending on the lashes.

For best results it is preferable right before a workout as this will help burn the most dramatic number of calories and has maximum impact on body definition.
With relatively physically inactive people, a minimum of 3 days between sessions is recommended. More regular sessions are unnecessary and may be detrimental to results. Maintenance is 1-4 times a month!
