Amber brings a deeply intentional and grounding approach to every class she teaches at Coastal Massage & Wellness. With over 19 years of personal yoga practice and 14 years of teaching experience, she blends mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and controlled flow to create classes that feel both empowering and accessible. Amber is E-RYT500 and YACEP certified, with experience teaching Vinyasa, Yin/Yang, Hot Yoga, Power Yoga, Gentle Flow, Meditation, and Beginner Yoga.
Her classes are rooted in the breath, encouraging students to move with awareness rather than pressure or rushing. Amber’s teaching style is mindful, controlled, and supportive, helping students build not only physical strength and mobility, but mental resilience and focus as well. She is especially passionate about working with beginners, athletes, military members, veterans, and those seeking stress relief and improved flexibility.
After personally experiencing how yoga helped her navigate struggles with PTSD, Amber felt called to share the practice with others in a meaningful way. She believes yoga is more than movement — it is a tool for healing, grounding, and reconnecting with yourself. Her goal is for every student to leave class feeling empowered, centered, and having learned something new about both their body and mind.
Amber also incorporates meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Reiki/energy work, and mindfulness practices into her classes to create a full mind-body wellness experience. Outside of the studio, she enjoys meditation, mobility training, nature, audiobooks, and continuing to grow as both a student and teacher.
For Amber, yoga is not simply something she teaches — it is a way of life, and she is passionate about bringing that experience to every student who steps into her class.

Sharlene invites you to embark on an introspective journey through the chakras, exploring your energetic layers to purify, balance, and harmonize your energy centers. Her classes are designed to bring peace, alignment, and harmony into daily life through mindful movement and stillness.

With a blend of asana, pranayama (breath work), visualization, mudras, chanting, and meditation, Sharlene creates a transformative experience that fosters deep inner peace. Her classes often feature a dynamic flow with longer holds, allowing you to connect more deeply with your body and energy.

All levels are welcome, and Sharlene ensures that each session is accessible and nurturing for everyone.

Join her for 60-minute classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6pm for just $15, and let her guide you toward balance and serenity on and off the mat.
