Start your Sunday with intention, stillness, and movement. Our Sunday Service is a 75-minute experience that combines a 60-minute gentle yoga flow with a grounding 15-minute guided meditation. This class is designed to help you release the stress of the week, reconnect with your breath, and realign your body and mind for the days ahead.

Open to all levels, this soulful practice is set in a peaceful, supportive space—inviting you to slow down, reflect, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and presence. It’s more than a class—it’s your weekly reset.
