HOW LONG WILL MY SESSION BE?
Sessions last anywhere between 45 to 90 minutes in duration depending on what other modalities are included. Add on a 45 Minute Massage
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
During a Reiki session, you are fully clothed and lying comfortably on a massage table. Stretchy or loose fitting clothing is suggested. Bring a water bottle as it is recommended to keep hydrated after energy healing sessions
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A REIKI SESSION?
During a session the practitioner will flow through a series of hand positions beginning at the crown of your head and moving down to the feet. Each session is customized for the clients individual needs, allowing enough time for each area receiving healing. The use of crystals, sound therapy, aromatherapy, and sacred herbs, may be incorporated based upon intuitive guidance. Clients are free to communicate throughout the session to ensure an optimum level of comfort.
