Complete TMJ Release:
Face, Jaw & Lower-Body Flow

$155

Package of 3 $420 once a week   Savings of $45

A non-invasive, whole-body session designed to address TMJ tension by treating the jaw as part of an integrated head–neck–hip system. We begin with focused work through the hamstrings and glutes to support the hip–TMJ relationship and reduce lower-body holding patterns that can feed into jaw tension.

Hot stones on the upper back encourage deep relaxation and help soften stubborn tightness before targeted neck and shoulder release. Your therapist then works into the superficial and deep fascia of the anterior neck—an area commonly involved in jaw discomfort and restriction. From there, detailed work across the face and jaw focuses on key muscles often associated with clenching, including the masseter and temporalis. Scalp work helps downshift the nervous system and ease the “head tension” that often accompanies TMJ dysfunction. For clients who opt in, intraoral techniques are used to access deeper jaw muscles such as the medial and lateral pterygoids for a more complete release.

Pressure and pacing are customized throughout to keep the experience both therapeutic and comfortable. This protocol is grounded in evidence-informed principles and emphasizes results-oriented, whole-body treatment rather than isolating the jaw. You’ll leave with simple post-treatment self-care and exercises to help maintain your progress between sessions.

Buccal Release & Sculpting Therapy

$130      75 minutes

Deep release for the jaw and face with benefits that support both function and facial rejuvenation.

Through the use of buccal intraoral massage, the therapist is able to access deeper facial structures that are often missed in traditional facial massage, helping release tension in the muscles of the jaw and mid-face. The treatment is enhanced with lymphatic massage, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, gua sha, and facial cupping to improve circulation, reduce restriction, and encourage healthier tissue function. This combination may help relieve jaw tension, decrease headache and migraine patterns linked to muscular holding, and support smoother skin in areas affected by acne scar adhesions. With repeated treatment, clients may notice improved facial tone, better tissue mobility, and a naturally lifted appearance. This service offers a clinically informed approach to facial rejuvenation without invasive procedures.

***This treatment cannot be performed on clients with dermal filler in the treatment area, Botox received within 2 weeks of the appointment, or active cystic acne.***

Cupping Therapy at Coastal Massage & Wellness

Cupping therapy uses gentle negative pressure (suction) to lift and separate tissue layers, helping improve circulation, release tension, reduce inflammation, and support the body’s natural healing process. Unlike deep compression massage, cupping decompresses the tissue — creating space within the fascia and muscle layers to encourage better movement, mobility, and recovery.

At Coastal Massage & Wellness, cupping is commonly incorporated into both our Mobility Maker Sessions and Sports Massage Treatments to help clients move better, recover faster, and relieve stubborn tension patterns.

How Cupping Helps the Body

Cupping works through multiple layers of tissue, including:

  • Fascia – helps release restrictions, adhesions, and tight connective tissue

  • Superficial Muscles – improves circulation, reduces soreness, and relaxes tension

  • Deeper Muscle Layers – helps address chronic tightness, trigger points, and movement restrictions

This therapy can help:

  • Improve mobility and flexibility

  • Increase blood and lymphatic circulation

  • Reduce pain and inflammation

  • Support muscle recovery after exercise

  • Relieve tension and stiffness

  • Improve tissue hydration and glide

  • Enhance athletic performance and recovery
